Salary : $20-22 / hour DOE

Position Summary

The Warehouse Clerk serves as a key link between ITP departments, collaborating with Sales, Admins, and Purchasing departments, and the Forging Division in Ontario. This role is responsible for ensuring clear communication, efficient coordination of schedules, and smooth flow of materials and information across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized and experienced in warehouse operations, with strong communication skills and the ability to plan and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day communication between ITP Sales / Admin / Purchasing staff and the Forging Division / Ontario warehouse team.
• Support scheduling and production planning to ensure the timely processing of orders and material movement.
• Track and follow up on job orders, deliveries, and inventory status to maintain workflow accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve order discrepancies, scheduling conflicts, or production delays.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including inventory verification, staging, and organization.
• Uphold all company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Required : Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills; able to coordinate effectively across departments.

Experience with scheduling, planning, or production coordination preferred.

Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork and professionalism.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
