What You’ll Do

• Source, recruit, and build long-term relationships with physicians and surgeons nationwide.
• Manage both client and candidate relationships — running your own full desk and growing your book of business.
• Partner with C-suite executives and healthcare leaders to make the right matches.
• Drive consistent activity (calls, emails, follow-ups) and maintain an organized, detailed database of talent and opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives and market expansion.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of physician recruitment or B2B sales experience (healthcare preferred).
• Competitive, driven personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a high-energy environment.
• A team player who’s coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• In-office preferred (we’re big on collaboration and culture), but remote considered for experienced recruiters.
