We place a strong emphasis on training and development. As a Quick Lane Technician, you will be sent to factory Ford training on a regular basis and encouraged to continuously expand your skills. This role is designed to be transitional, preparing you for long-term growth and advancement within our service department. Quick Lane Technicians are responsible for providing fast, efficient, and high-quality maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid checks, and multi-point inspections. Inspections : Complete multi-point inspections and report findings accurately to service advisors. Safety & Quality : Ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards for safety and quality. Efficiency : Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Documentation : Accurately document services performed and parts used in the dealership's system. Customer Care : Support service advisors with clear communication about inspection results and recommended maintenance. Team Collaboration : Work closely with other technicians, advisors, and parts staff to ensure smooth workflow. Process Adherence : Follow company and manufacturer procedures for maintenance and repair. Continuous Training : Participate in Ford factory training and in-house mentorship to develop skills toward becoming a mainline technician. Job Requirements : Previous technician or automotive maintenance experience preferred, but training available for motivated candidates. Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform routine maintenance services. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Professional, safety-focused attitude required. Must be punctual, dependable, and eager to learn. Open to part-time applicants, including college students pursuing automotive careers.
