SYNOPSIS OF COMPANY / POSITION :

We are seeking an experienced Diesel & Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing essential construction equipment, including backhoes, bulldozers, excavators, and work trucks. If you’re a dependable, hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a respected construction company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel engines and heavy equipment
  • Perform hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical troubleshooting
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections
  • Maintain accurate service records and report equipment needs
  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of all machinery

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in diesel and or heavy equipment maintenance and repair
  • Strong mechanical and hydraulic skills
  • Ability to perform basic electrical diagnostics
  • Must provide your own tools
