Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Tech 2).

Key Responsibilities

Drive cross-functional program execution from project initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

Collaborate with engineering and product teams on tooling upgrades, usage signals, and guidance updates

Monitor workstream health, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of true Program Management experience, independently driving deliverables and cross-team accountability

Strong data interpretation and insight generation skills (2-4 years), able to translate usage signals into actionable narratives

Executive-level presentation skills (2-4 years), including PowerPoint expertise and visual storytelling

Self-starter with high energy, proactive communication, and ability to operate independently

Experience coordinating with global teams across multiple time zones
