Position Overview :

We’re looking for a hard-working, dependable Restoration Technician to join our team. This

role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring strong attention to detail and a desire to help

people recover from property damage. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined,

physically capable, and eager to learn and grow within the restoration industry.

Responsibilities :

 Respond to emergency water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs

 Set up and monitor equipment (e.g., air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)

 Perform demolition and cleaning of affected areas

 Accurately document job progress using mobile apps

 Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles

 Communicate professionally with customers and team members

 Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

 Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours jobs

Requirements :

 Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

 Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and on ladders

 High school diploma or equivalent

 Strong work ethic and reliability

 Experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred

 IICRC certifications a plus (WRT, ASD, etc.)

 Must pass background check and drug screening
