Job Details

• Pay : $131,040-170,352 / Yr

Job Incentives : Benefits : Full Benefits

PTO : Up to four week's vacation

Retirement : 403B with 4% match

CME time : One week paid time

CME allowance : $1,500

Loan repayment? : NHSC, SLRP or PSLF programs

Licensure, membership fees paid : CME monies can be used for this

Additional Details : THE POSITION

Type of clinic / specialty : FQHC Outpatient, Primary Care Setting

How many hours per week : 40

Typical Work Hours : 5 / 8's or 4 / 10's depending on specific clinic

Whom else will the provider be working with?, is this a solo position : Clinics include MD / DO FP or IM, pediatrician and Advanced Practice Clinicians

How many patients per day : 3 per hour (20 minute slots)

Call schedule : 2-3 times per year, one week at a time (over the phone only no in person). We have a Nursing triage line that fields initial call.
