About The Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified Hematology / Oncology Physician for a Locum-to-Perm opportunity in South Carolina . This position offers excellent compensation, full travel and lodging coverage, and the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Job Requirements

Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology

Active SC license (or ability to obtain)

Active DEA and BLS

Willing to participate in tumor boards, manage bone marrow transplants, blood bank, and order imaging / tests

Benefits

💵 $335–$345 / hr

✈️ Flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed

🕑 M–F, 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

📅 Dates : November 1, 2025 – ongoing (perm preferred)

👨‍⚕️ Outpatient avg : 25 patients / day

🏥 Inpatient avg (call) : 20 patients / day

🧬 Case mix : 65% benign hematology / 35% malignant oncology

📋 Call : No call during locums ; perm role = 1 week every 6–8 weeks

👥 Team : 7 physicians + 6 APPs

🖥️ EMR : EPIC
