Solutions Analyst - Accounting / Finance

Insight Global is looking for a Solutions Analyst to support the Financial Applications team at one of our largest oil and gas clients in Houston, TX. This person will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and supporting the development and implementation of Financial / Accounting. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong proficiency in SQL, possess oil and gas domain knowledge working with financial / accounting applications, have experience with UAT for custom applications, and promote stakeholder engagement. This position is onsite 5 days a week, and the pay rate for this position will be between $40-50 / hr.

3-5 years experience with SQL (the ability to write queries, debug stored procedures, etc.)

Oil and Gas experience required

2-3 years working with oil and gas financial / accounting applications

Ability to successfully gather and communicate requirements to development team from stakeholders and internal users

Willingness to travel, as needed

User Acceptance / User testing on custom oil and gas applications
