About Powered By Love (PBL)

Powered By Love (PBL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Arizona with a bold vision to expand nationally. Founded in 2023, PBL exists to show love through action by donating essential items to unhoused and vulnerable communities. Since its inception, PBL has distributed over 44,000 items , including hygiene kits, clean water, school supplies, food, clothing, and blankets.

Our impact is driven by the 831 Campaign , inspired by “8-3-1” (“I love you”), which powers six core efforts :

  • Powered By Love (toiletries & hygiene)
  • Powered By Water (clean water)
  • Powered By Knowledge (school supplies)
  • Powered By Warmth (clothing & blankets)
  • Powered By Our Daily Bread (food)
  • Powered By You (sponsorships for nonprofit learning tools)

Project Overview

We are seeking a volunteer to help develop a clear, actionable Annual Fundraising Plan with goals, timelines, and recommended activities for the year ahead.

Key areas of support include :

  • Reviewing our current fundraising activities (grassroots donations, community drives, small events)
  • Setting realistic fundraising goals by funding source (individual donors, grants, corporate sponsors, crowdfunding)
  • Mapping out a month-by-month fundraising calendar with suggested tactics
  • Providing guidance on grant writing and donor outreach
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen our donor pipeline

    • This project can be completed remotely over 4–8 weeks, with weekly check-ins.
