As a Legal Specialist, you will support the Legal team's objectives through effective system administration, proactive project management, and the efficient delegation of tasks within relevant technological resources.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to :
- Support the Legal team's contract management and review processes through the administration and maintenance of the Gatekeeper contract lifecycle management software.
- Collect necessary information and data for litigation management, corporate record and structure tracking, state compliance examinations, warehouse line and insurance renewals, and related projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal Legal inquiries, managing support requests and delegating them to the correct Legal contact via Legal@vu.com and Monday.com.
- Assist with coordinating and planning team events and trainings.
- Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
