A company is looking for a Hybrid Remote PMO Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track new project intake requests, ensuring completeness and alignment with criteria
Schedule and coordinate governance meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
Ensure consistent and timely reporting across all active projects, including updates and risk tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare-related program, or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years of professional experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong interest in project management and enterprise-level operations
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project tracking tools
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
