Python Developer, TX

Employment Type : W2 Only

Rate : $57 / hr on W2

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Python Developer with a strong background in Data Engineering to join our team in Plano, TX . This is a W2 position open to local candidates only . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data mining , AI / ML integration , and robust exposure to cloud and DevOps ecosystems using AWS , Jenkins , Docker , and Kubernetes .

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

5+ years of Data Engineering with strong proficiency in Python

Extensive data mining and data processing experience

Proficient in AWS services and infrastructure

Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines , preferably using Jenkins

Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes

Experience integrating AI / ML models into data systems

Nice-to-Have Skills :

AWS Certification

UI development experience with React or backend experience with Java

Experience with unstructured databases (e.g., NoSQL , MongoDB, etc.)

Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk

Exposure to network and data telemetry

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience

Background in IAM (Identity and Access Management)

Soft Skills :

Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
