A Job Coach works with individuals with disabilities at their job site to help them learn the skills necessary to become independent at their job.

BENEFITS

  • $18.50 per hour
  • Additional $2 / hr for shift differential when applicable

DESCRIPTION

    • As a Job Coach you get to work closely with the individuals we serve to help them build independence and achieve their goals.

    REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma / GED or above.
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
  • A clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of the disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed).
