A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Product Support (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for users via help desk
Streamline documentation and maintain tools like Salesforce and the web app
Create resources and manage data operations to enhance user experience and product quality
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in technical customer or product support, preferably in a nonprofit setting
Experience with survey tools, particularly SurveyMonkey, and data analysis
Proficiency in Salesforce, including creating fields and reports
Familiarity with help desk systems, preferably Zendesk
Comfort with data manipulation using Google Sheets or Excel; SQL familiarity is a plus
