Key Responsibilities

• Design tick data schemas with partitioning and compression strategies.
• Develop and optimize q queries for traders, quants, and risk teams.
• Support tick replay systems for backtesting and regulatory compliance.

Lead development and implementation of custom solutions through thoughtful use of modern AI technology

Drive discussions and provide consultation around product design as per customer needs

Forecast talent requirements as per the current and future business needs

Ensure adequate onboarding and training for the team members to enhance capability & effectiveness

Set goals for the team, conduct timely performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to own direct reports

Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team

Experience : 5-8 Years.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
