Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media community engagement and responses on behalf of the brand
Create and deliver social media performance reports, defining KPIs and making recommendations
Oversee line management of team members, including training and onboarding
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in online customer support or social media moderation
Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
Client-facing experience is advantageous
Experience in B2B or logistics industries is preferred
A personal Facebook account is required for client connections
