We are looking for a Multi-Family Community Maintenance Supervisor superstar to join our team. This exciting and challenging opportunity is for an individual with proven leadership skills, a history of working well both independently and as a team, and superior professional references from employers within the industry.
Position : Maintenance Supervisor
Location : Nampa / Meridian, ID
Compensation : $27.00 per hour
Status : Full-time, Non-Exempt
Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm

Primary Responsibilities :
Schedule and delegate duties to on-site maintenance associatesSchedule and negotiate pricing with outside vendorsAssist with the training, and development of all maintenance associatesUpdate and file all maintenance recordsMaintain motivation of associates through positive communication and leadership skillsComplete interviews and assist in the hiring process of maintenance associatesHandle performance evaluations of maintenance associatesAttributes of a Strong Candidate :
High School Diploma or GEDPossess a minimum of 2 years general maintenance experience and at least 1-year multi-family, industrial or institutional Service Request experience.Must be able to perform all facets of apartment make-ready.Previous supervisory experience is required.Certified pool and spa operatorCertified and experienced in HVAC repair and replacementMust be able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electronic systems, all major appliances, pool and spa equipment and other systems on community (gates, phone jacks, irrigation systems, etc.).Basic knowledge of computer and MS OfficePre-employment Drug Test and Background Check is required.Operating Standards :
Maintain the grounds and appearance of the community for the Company, residents and associatesWork with the Community and Assistant Manager as directedOperate under the safety and operating standards as set forth by the CompanyHave the ability to work flexible hours and take on-call duty when necessaryFinancial Performance :
