Job Description & Requirements Specialty : CVOR Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 22 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Opportunity : RN - CVOR Job Details : Opening with a varied work schedule Call required Minimum one year RN experience required Must possess current, valid RN license in Arizona or compact licensure BLS certification required Professional certification preferred One year of operating room and / or cardiovascular or vascular experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area Assist physicians with advanced tasks during surgical procedures Operate cardiopulmonary bypass / heart-lung machine Support trans-esophageal echocardiogram studies Manage cardiac output assistive devices and vascular access interventions Perform and interpret various cardiac and vascular lab tests Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records Participate in education, role development, and orientation of personnel May be required to lift up to 75 pounds Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently Requires fine motor skills and adequate eye-hand coordination Must use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids Facility : This medical center operates a specialized Cardiovascular Operating Room providing advanced cardiac and vascular surgical procedures.
