About the Opportunity
Our client is a nationally recognized leader in the E&S specialty insurance market, known for its strength in wholesale brokerage and binding authority. The firm provides innovative solutions across Professional Liability, E&O / D&O, and Cyber lines and is widely respected for its fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Professional Liability Broker to join our client’s growing team. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in the wholesale brokerage or E&S space, a solid understanding of professional lines and cyber risk, and a proven ability to build strong retail and carrier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a profitable book of Professional Liability, E&O / D&O, and Cyber business.
- Maintain and expand relationships with retail agents and carriers .
- Negotiate coverage, terms, and pricing within the E&S marketplace.
- Deliver creative, tailored solutions for complex client risks.
- Partner with internal teams and leadership to achieve production and growth goals.
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging risks, and product innovations in professional lines and cyber.
