Responsibilities

• Partner closely with President and key leaders of the business as you play a key role on the management team—this role will get involved in negotiations, quarterly board meetings and strategic planning.
• Take ownership for this company’s onboarding and training of commercial real estate agents.
• Coach, mentor and develop a loyal team who are eager to learn from an approachable, kind and transformational leader.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with investors, property owners, developers and corporate clients as this division continues to expand.

Qualifications

Required Experience : Executive level.
