Principal Healthcare Compliance Manager

The Opportunity

As the Principal Healthcare Compliance Manager, you'll contribute significantly to the development and implementation of Genentech's healthcare compliance strategy for policy training, communications, and culture. You'll lead the development, management, and implementation of a variety of healthcare compliance training initiatives and provide expert subject matter expertise in healthcare compliance policy and risk management issues.

• Regularly interact with senior leaders and influence the development of long-range plans for the organization; decisions have significant impact on own and related functions.
• Develop, manage, and deliver complex healthcare compliance training across several functional and business areas.
• Ensure all healthcare compliance training aligns with Genentech's rigorous standards and objectives.
• Research and evaluate evolving healthcare compliance and related regulations, with a deep understanding of the bio / pharma / DIA industry context.
• Act as a primary point-of-contact for questions about healthcare and ethics compliance, offering expert guidance.

This position is based in South San Francisco. A remote option is not available. Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $174,300 - $323,700. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
