Senior Ads Measurement Product Leader

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad measurement products that help advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products.

Benefits and Compensation

Base salary range : $165,120 – $311,600 annually. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
