Automotive Mastermind Equity Specialist

Job Summary:

The Automotive Mastermind Equity Specialist will assist customers with purchasing merchandise.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound internet leads promptly and accurately
• Engage customers through email, phone calls, and live chat to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct virtual vehicle presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our Nissan models
• Carry out effective follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide a seamless sales process and meet or exceed sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the automotive industry and competitor offerings
• Greets and interacts with customers.
• Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
• Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.
• Answers customer’s questions about merchandise.
• Assists customers with purchase decisions.
• Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
• Collects all payments using company sale systems.
• Provides ongoing customer service on all concerns and extending promises.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven success in automotive internet sales
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to effectively use CRM tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets
• On-the-job training provided.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
• Must be able to lift-up to 15 pounds at times.
