CPA Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the interpretation, application, and documentation of complex US GAAP across corporate functions and businesses

Manage relationships with external auditors and support the financial reporting process for SEC filings

Oversee the adoption of new accounting standards and ensure consistency in accounting practices across business units

Required Qualifications

10-12 years of experience in accounting or finance

CPA certification required

Minimum of 10 years of financial statement audit and reporting experience, including 5 years at a managerial level

In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and extensive audit experience

Ability to lead the implementation and documentation of accounting standards
