We are a well-established full-service small animal hospital with a legacy of excellence in Arlington TN. Our state-of-the-art facility features two dedicated DVMs and a passionate support team committed to the highest standards of care. We are dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in diagnostics medical treatments surgical procedures and preventative wellness. Brown Dog Lodge Veterinary Clinic is equipped for excellence. We provide top-of-the-line medical surgical and dental equipment as well as an in-house laboratory and ultrasonography.

Your Role Clinical Driver & Leader

As a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (RVT) you will be encouraged to work at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset. We follow AAHA utilization guidance consistently.

You will primarily utilize your skills in :

Anesthesia & Analgesia : Full IV catheterization multimodal pain management induction and advanced monitoring / recovery.

Dentistry : Full-mouth dental radiography charting and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction).

Diagnostics : High-quality radiography / positioning in-house lab analysis and sample collection.

Nursing & Triage : Critical patient monitoring advanced wound care and managing catheters / feeding tubes.

Workflow Leadership : Leading tech appointments team huddles and mentoring assistants / externs.

Growth & Schedule

Schedule : Full-time with flexible scheduling options (choose 4 ten-hour or 5 eight-hour shifts) and a predictable weekend rotation.

Tools : Modern equipment including digital DR dental radiography in-house lab infusion pumps and multi-parameter monitors.
