FlexGen is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to manage and optimize the digital tools that power our global partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of the partner portal and proposal management platform, ensuring partners and internal stakeholders have seamless access to accurate, up-to-date resources that accelerate collaboration and deal development. The ideal candidate is a system-minded problem solver with a strong attention to detail and a passion for creating structure and efficiency within complex workflows. This person will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, improving user experience, and supporting the operational backbone of FlexGen's global partnership network.
