JOB SUMMARY :   Responsible for developing, establishing, and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project’s lifecycle. Responsible for initiating, integrating, monitoring and statusing internal and / or external project schedules into a comprehensive program or integrated project master schedule. This includes providing project controls advisements and progress analysis for senior management decision making as well as tracking current and future resources and production progress based on the Integrated Master Schedule. Scope of planning and scheduling responsibilities include development / establishment of project schedules, show / ride concept development, show, ride, facility, area development designs, building construction, show / ride production, installation, and commissioning stages.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepares project life cycle and project master schedules and statuses the project schedules utilizing Primavera software. Develops comprehensive plans and schedules from multiple discipline drawings and specifications. Prepares project plans and works with scoping / strategy documents to develop integrated project master schedules. Prepares schedule contract milestones for bid packages.
• Provides project team with Schedule guidance during all phases of the project. Coordinates with estimating / finance teams to develop appropriate level of detail scope definition and durations for schedule activities to support project monitoring and project controls reporting needs. Coordinates with contractors, vendors, and responsible project team members to develop and integrate activity durations and logic sequences required to perform project work. Integrates project schedule input from all internal and external project organizations.
• Leads planning and coordination meetings as required to support planning and monitoring functions. Collects / reports progress, evaluates progress variances, develops work-around plans, and coordinates resolution of variances. Conducts resource loading / resource analysis and develops and statuses earned value tracking tools and progress curves as required. Produces reports as required to support project team and leadership reporting. Frequently communicates, reports, and interacts with project and core team members including vendors and outside consultants on complex topics.
• Contributes to highly effective project control tools and reports and provides insightful analysis that contributes to schedule certainty
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
