Schedule : Full time Monday-Friday (no weekends)

We are a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice with multiple locations in the Greater Philadelphia area, seeking a Clinic Director for our Exton clinic.
Our model is built around low patient volume (avg 10 VPD), high-quality care, and real autonomy. As Clinic Director , you'll lead a collaborative team of Physical Therapists and Patient Service Representatives, drive operational excellence, and help shape the growth of a thriving clinic.

What You'll Do
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure exceptional patient care and staff experience
Support, mentor, and develop your team of clinicians and PSRs
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, community partners, and patients
Contribute to strategic planning and execution for clinic growth
Maintain a partial caseload, providing hands-on patient care
What We Offer
Total Salary : $85,000 + % of clinic profit
Profit Sharing : Earn a percentage of clinic profit in addition to base pay
17 days PTO + additional CEU time
6 paid federal holidays

What We're Looking For
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
Active Pennsylvania PT license (or eligibility)
Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience (no leadership experience required!)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Desire to help shape and grow a clinic, not just work in one
