Project Sales Associate-Remote job at Globe Life Insurance. San Diego, CA.

This remote, 100% commission role involves building and maintaining client relationships, providing guidance on life insurance products, and driving sales in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. AO Globe Life is part of Globe Life, with American Income Life Division serving working families since 1951.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings (Zoom)
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Present product and service solutions to meet customer needs
  • Drive sales growth and exceed targets
  • Receive ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience is a PLUS but not required – training will be provided
  • If not licensed, willingness to take LLQP course
  • Has valid status in Canada or US
