This remote, 100% commission role involves building and maintaining client relationships, providing guidance on life insurance products, and driving sales in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. AO Globe Life is part of Globe Life, with American Income Life Division serving working families since 1951.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings (Zoom)
Build and maintain client relationships
Present product and service solutions to meet customer needs
Drive sales growth and exceed targets
Receive ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications

Strong communication skills

Positive attitude and a team player

Desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment

Experience is a PLUS but not required – training will be provided

If not licensed, willingness to take LLQP course

Has valid status in Canada or US
