Location : Jacksonville, FL 32202
Salary / Payrate : $18- $25 / hour contract hourly rate (W2 / 1099)
Work Environment : Onsite
Term : Contract 1+ months with possible opportunity of conversion
Bachelor’s degree required : No
Referral Fee : AMS will pay $500 referral, should the person you refer gets hired

A well-established downtown Jacksonville law firm specializing in Commercial Litigation, Business Law, and Commercial Transactions is seeking a temporary full-time Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant for an immediate opening. This role requires strong litigation support experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Calendaring and deadline management
- Scheduling hearings, depositions, and meetings
- E-filing and e-recording in state and federal courts
- Digital dictation and transcription
- Drafting and editing pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Document preparation, formatting, and proofreading
- Supporting attorneys with general litigation tasks
- Working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
