Senior Operations Executive For The Teacher Team

Write Edge Learning Centre has 12 branches in Singapore, an online arm in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. The Training and Development team is in charge of developing a strong team of teachers and working with the key leadership team to reach our goals for the Singapore market.

In your role as the Senior Operations Executive for the Teacher Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing structured processes that ensure smooth and timely correspondence, accurate and organised data management, and efficient resource allocation and utilisation across all branches. Your work will directly support the operational excellence and consistency of the TD function.

You will join a team that is highly motivated to deliver first-class educational services to our clients, and spearhead efforts to utilise fair, objective data to inform people management decisions.

Job Responsibilities

A) Teacher Training & Communications

• Liaise with team and manage training schedule for teacher training programmes
• Communicate training schedule with teachers and track attendance
• Manage team's onboarding communications ensuring alignment with team events and activities
• Develop communications packages for teachers (e.g. Infographics, etc)
• Design simple collaterals in accordance with brand marketing guidelines
• Assist with scheduling and tracking of teacher assessments, appraisal, etc

B) Data-tracking & Manpower Resource Management

C) Oversee Relief Roster and Relief Standby Incentive Plan

D) Assist with forecasting of recruitment needs of the following groups of teachers :

Working Hours : 5 day work week (4 weekdays and 1 weekend)

Weekdays : 9am - 6pm

Weekend : 8.30am - 6.30pm
