As a

  • Residential Electrical Supervisor
  • , you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential electrical services in
  • Las Cruces / Alamogordo, NM and surrounding areas
  • . You will be responsible for leading a team of electricians, coordinating projects, and ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve providing technical guidance, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Team Leadership :
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Project Management :
  • Plan, organize, and oversee residential electrical projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Quality Assurance :
  • Ensure that all electrical work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations, conducting inspections and providing feedback to team members as needed.
  • Client Communication :
  • Serve as the main point of contact for residential clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Expertise :
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance to electricians, troubleshooting complex problems, and ensuring the proper installation and operation of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Safety Compliance :
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management :
  • Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available for projects and maintaining accurate records of usage and expenses.
  • Training and Development :
  • Identify training needs within the team and facilitate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in residential electrical services.
  • Continuous Improvement :
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in residential electrical operations, implementing best practices and initiatives to optimize performance. xklufbp

  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including work orders, invoices, and permits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
