WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Radiology Technologist for an ongoing contract assignment at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Lakewood, NJ.

Job Function :

Day Shift.

7am - 5pm.

Position patients and adjust equipment to capture diagnostic images as requested by the physician.

Set up, operate, and maintain X-ray equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Explain imaging procedures clearly and compassionately to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation.

Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by following proper radiation safety protocols.

Review and evaluate developed X-rays for quality and accuracy before submission.

Ensure proper documentation and labeling of images and patient information.

Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and safety standards of all imaging equipment.

Job Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited radiology program.

ARRT registered with Radiography (R) certification.

6 months of paid working experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Valid driver's license.

New Jersey Radiologic Technologist State Certificate.
