Pet Resort Receptionist

This is a very active and fast paced environment. That Includes working most weekends and ALL HOLIDAYS!

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Greeting and checking clients in / out in a courteous manner; including going over all necessary paperwork regarding owner / pets information at the time of service.
• Answering calls and providing client support with miscellaneous inquiries, payment related question, special requests, etc.
• Ensure accuracy of client accounts, such as billing / email address, personal / emergency information, payment authorisation and collection.
• Sending / Returning emails and voicemails.
• General office duties such as sorting mail, filing, scanning, copying / printing documents, etc.
• Office upkeep and making sure all common areas are clean, organised, safe, and clutter free.
• Assisting kennel technicians.
• HANDLING, WALKING, feeding, cleaning up and caring of pets.

MUST HAVE A GENUINE LOVE FOR ANIMALS!

Job Types : Part-time

Pay : $15 - $17 per hour

Expected hours : 20 hrs a week, including weekends and ALL HOLIDAYS.

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
