Retool is growing rapidly and entering a new stage of maturity. To support this growth and help Retool scale to the next level, we're looking for an experienced Head of Business Operations who can partner with our CEO, CFO, and other executives to help us build the systems and processes to continue to grow and operate at scale.

As the leader of our lean, high-leverage Business Operations (BizOps) team, you'll help us make pivotal business decisions from how we allocate resources to how we price our products, to what opportunities we should pursue next. We're a fast-paced, innovative company with new challenges to tackle every week. You'll be wearing many different hats as you take on whatever is needed to help the business succeed, and setting the vision for the broader BizOps team.

What You'll Do :

• Take end-to-end ownership of some of Retool's highest value initiatives and open questions, from structuring the problem to implementing the solution
• Partner with leaders across the business, from product and engineering, to GTM, to operations, and support strategic decision making and initiative prioritization
• Evaluate opportunities to up-level the way Retool operates, partnering with the C-suite, Finance, and other Operations teams to support our path toward IPO-readiness
• Incubate and help run new functions and teams
