Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you'll manage complex scheduling, interview logistics, and ad-hoc coordination to support the Talent Acquisition team. You will provide a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience by combining quality communication, attention to detail and an ability to properly prioritize tasks assigned to you.

You are expected to deliver work that meets all established service-level agreements (SLAs) with our stakeholders and candidates, and to take ownership of your outcomes. Success in this role means staying proactive, maintaining a strong attention to detail, and balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of the candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities :

End-to-End Recruiting Coordination Ownership

Take full ownership of the coordination process for both virtual and in-person interviews. This includes :

• Managing scheduling logistics, calendars, and candidate documentation with precision and speed.
• Overseeing a pipeline of assigned interviews while maintaining accurate and timely data in our candidate tracking tools
• Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates answering questions, communicating updates, and ensuring a thoughtful, consistent candidate experience.
