Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional goals within the NY Metro area. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. Foremarket focus - new construction builds not aftermarket replacement parts. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the industrial, commercial, and manufacturing sectors. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of success and accountability. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote brand visibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have :

• HVAC sales experience
• Ability to be onsite in NJ while not on the road - you will not be considered at all if this is not possible
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets in the HVAC industry - required
• Experience in estimating, project takeoffs, equipment takeoffs - required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a sales team towards success.
• Analytical skills to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and solving challenges.
