Financial Specialist

A company is looking for a Financial Specialist CP - Adult Infusion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage high-dollar outpatient service accounts for accurate and timely financial reimbursement

Process referrals, registration, and secure authorization / pre-certification for complex procedures

Provide financial counseling and maintain Epic work queues for timely resolution

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or related coursework preferred

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a financial specialist / counselor or 3 years of related experience

Strong working knowledge of medical and insurance industry terminology

Proficient in relevant applications and capable of working within multiple computer systems

Must demonstrate professionalism appropriate for a first impression role
