PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategic Enablement and Support

• Provide guidance and support for Strategic Value Streams and Enabling Capabilities , ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Develop frameworks for Prioritization & Sequencing of initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation and focus on high-impact efforts.
• Partner with leadership to drive Risk, Dependency, & Opportunity Management , proactively identifying challenges and opportunities to optimize transformation outcomes.

Operating Model and PMO Collaboration

Culture and Leadership Development
