[job_card.job_description]Installation and Maintenance : Install, inspect, and maintain various types of telecommunication equipment and systems, such as telephone lines, PBX, Key systems, and hosted solutions. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with telecommunications technology, ensuring systems are functioning properly and efficiently. Repair : Repair or replace faulty or damaged equipment, including cross connects and other hardware. Technical Support : Provide technical support and guidance to users, either remotely or during field visits or dispatches. Documentation : Document procedures, such as equipment installation and troubleshooting steps, and maintain up to date records of equipment and programming. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all telecommunications regulations and standards. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Proficiency in Avaya communication systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Understanding of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and its integration with Avaya systems. Prior experience as a telecommunications technician Solid computer skills Multitasking skills Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and equipment. Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Attention to Detail : Detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy in installations and repairs. Communication : Good communication skills to interact with customers and provide support.
