DRIVER – Production & AV Installer (Non-CDL / CDL)
Location : Xenia, OH
- Nationwide Travel (January–August)

Transportation & Compliance
Safely operate CDL or Non-CDL trucks and vans transporting equipment to and from eventsPerform and document pre- and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues promptlyPlan routes efficiently for timely and compliant travelMaintain a valid driver’s license and always DOT medical certificateComply with all FMCSA / DOT and company safety regulationsKeep truck interior and exterior clean, organized, and show-readyOn-Site Setup & Installation
Safely operate company box trucks or semis transporting event equipment nationwideUnload, stage, and assemble production equipment including :Marley flooring
Audio / visual and sound systemsLighting, projection screens, and TV monitorsBranded backdrops, signage, fixtures, and merchandise displaysTroubleshoot and support basic AV or lighting setupsCommunicate clearly with warehouse and production staffWork independently and efficiently in fast-paced show environmentsParticipate in event teardown (“strike”) and reload all equipment safelyWork Environment
Regular travel and overnight stays required during January – August tour season.Physically active role requiring standing, bending, and lifting.Exposure to warehouse, stage, and loading-dock environments.Fast-paced work cycles aligned with live-event schedules.WHAT YOU’LL NEED
MUST be 21 years of age or olderMust live within a 60-mile radius of Dayton, OHValid Driver’s License (CDL or Non-CDL Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card)Experience driving large vehicles preferred — willing to trainAbility to lift up to 100 lbs. or more and perform physical laborWeekend availability required (Friday–Sunday event cycles)Strong communication skills, professionalism, and accountabilityJ oin the team that makes the magic happen.
