Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed sales goals
Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success
Participate in regional growth plans and ensure forecast accuracy for a high-growth business
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in leading high-growth sales teams for enterprise customers in Big Data, Cloud, Analytics, and AI
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in hyper-growth technology companies
Familiarity with value selling and methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger
Experience in developing partner ecosystems to enhance enterprise territories
Demonstrated success in leading teams focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption
