KDG Construction Consulting is seeking an Office Engineer to join our growing team.
The Office Engineer is responsible for assisting the Terminal 2 (T2) Project Manager with managing the scope, schedule, and operational interfaces of all design and construction-related activities for the Terminal 2 project. Responsibilities and Duties :
- Assist the T2 project team in the receipt, distribution, and maintenance of submittals.
- Perform construction contract correspondence, document and plan control function, input data into Prolog, and prepare management information status report, as required.
- Update and maintain logs for submittals and RFIs in Prolog, the project information system.
- Maintain project files and document / submittal management systems (hard and electronic copies).
- To ensure the drawings are posted efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Distribute documents, submittals, and RFIs for review; track and compile responses / review comments, obtain management approval, and issue responses to Contractor(s).
- Manipulate electronic files of various formats to create exhibits for presentations and meetings.
