Engineering Coordinator III | Louisville, Kentucky, United States Callouts:
- This role is for a P & C Coordinator essentially under the title of 'Engineering Coordinator"
- This role is on site 5 days a week in the South Service Center
Top Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional working experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Document, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Professional working experience with Microsoft Project
• Ability and experience charging project numbers/ working with capital expenditure projects
• Experience with project management
Plusses:
• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree
• Understand switching diagrams
• Professional working experience in substations/ utility
Daily Responsibilities:
• Create calendar invites for crews assigned to work that includes project charge numbers, site location, outage request numbers, and other pertinent project related information.
• Coordinate the printing of drawings associated with projects.
• Request outages via TOA for upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with material delivery personnel for projects BOM.
• Assist with properly allocating equipment and communicating changes to Asset Management when equipment failures happen and require replacement in the field.
• Prepare project packages.
o Drawings.
o Verify Cascade workorders associated with projects are open.
o RTU points list
o Scope of work document
o Relay labels.
o Verify RTU file exists in Powerbase.
-Complete property accounting sheet, communicate with field crews for verification and deliver to Asset Management once complete.
-Close workorders associated with completed capital projects.
-Verify closeout documents are completed as instructed and share with PM.
-Send monthly reports to different groups with project status for commissioning.
-Monitor project Bill of Material lists and communicate with material delivery specialists to ensure equipment needed for project will be available when project commences.
-Financial tracking and invoicing management for capital projects.
-Manage the onboarding and computer management for contractors.
All other duties and tasks as assigned.
