DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is actively seeking a Senior Network Engineer experienced in the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise networks to join our highly competent team. The Senior Network Engineer will take on a leadership role in designing and implementing cutting-edge enterprise networks while providing crucial support to our networking practice. This is a client-facing role where the person would play both a pre- / post-sales role while performing as a technology professional.

This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, is a self-starter, and is team focused. The right individual has an in-depth knowledge of technical solutions and how they are deployed, is client-focused, and has excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities :

• Lead technical discussions to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications such as the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for clients.
• Design, implement and transition firewalls, switches, access points, and other network solutions to meet the needs of customers.
• Troubleshoots LAN / WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and VoIP equipment, including a broad range of devices (Predominantly Fortinet).
• Develop and maintain technical deliverables including network assessments, capacity planning, detailed design documents, implementation / test plans configuration templates and scripts.
• Engage in peer review sessions to aid fellow engineers in optimizing the quality of their deliverables.
• Perform root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents.
• Maintain up-to-date industry certifications.
