This collaboration Aramarks largest U.S. healthcare contract will leverage advanced technologies including AI-driven meal planning, robotics, and mobile platforms to enhance patient and staff experiences. This position is responsible for training hourly staff at the facility to ensure all health and safety standards are met. The position will be responsible for servicing and / or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications. The Training Manager will lead the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

This position will be heavily involved with and focused on training Food Service, EVS and on Patient Experience.

• Leadership + Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit
• Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
• Reward and recognize employees
• Identify and engage top talent and develop team members to their fullest potential within the organization
• Plan and lead team management meetings
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations

Client Relationship + Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationship

Financial Performance + Build revenue and manage budget which includes cost controls with regard to labor, supply, and inventory

Productivity + Implement and maintain GM agenda for both labor and total quality management requirements

Qualifications

Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare services
