Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)

SHIFT OPTIONS & SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS AVAILABLE

We offer a 3-day workweek with 12-hour shifts to support work-life balance and focus.

  • Day Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
  • Night Shift : 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead patient intake : Perform focused assessments, vitals collection, and drug screenings with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Document with precision : Create and maintain Medication Administration Records (MARs), support MAT protocols, and educate patients on their medications.
  • Support operations : Switch easily between patient care and light administrative duties to keep the unit running smoothly.
  • Act with urgency : Monitor for clinical changes, respond quickly to needs, and follow up consistently.
  • Lead with impact : Be a strong, steady presence within an interdisciplinary team committed to outcomes.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) a plus
  • Excellent triage, communication, and time-management skills
  • Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of hire

  • Physical Needs : Frequent movement, some lifting (up to 50 lbs)
  • Schedule : 3x12-hour shifts weekly, with rotating weekends
