We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Permanent Staff Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization, where you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our company. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting account reconciliations, and providing support to the financial team. You will also be expected to have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely data to the management team.
• Review all financial statements for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all transactions and documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Collaborate with the financial team to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
• Support the financial team in day-to-day operations, including data entry, generating reports, and resolving discrepancies.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other financial software to create spreadsheets and models, track expenses, and analyze data.
